Level 1 interest-list privacy notice.

What we collect
If you join, we collect the email address you provide, your 18-or-over attestation, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, the notice version and a record showing how consent was given or withdrawn. We do not ask for your name, phone number, employer, location, date of birth or free-text information.
OpenAI Sites, which hosts this site and its database, may also process limited operational information such as IP address, device or browser information, usage and security logs to deliver, protect and maintain the service. Alumnara has not added analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to administer this list and send one announcement when Alumnara AI Level 1 opens. Our lawful basis is your consent. Joining is optional; if you do not provide an email and opt in, you will not receive that announcement. Joining does not create an account, enrolment, purchase, reserved place, priority, price protection, contract or guaranteed launch date.
We process privacy requests and limited compliance records to meet our legal obligations. We use proportionate security logs where necessary for our legitimate interests in protecting the site and preventing misuse. We do not sell the information or use it for profiling, advertising, unrelated marketing or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives it and where it is processed
OpenAI operates ChatGPT Sites and processes the hosted information on our behalf to host, maintain, secure and support this site. OpenAI may use its listed sub-processors and we may disclose information where law requires it. We do not share the list with other organisations for their own marketing.
ChatGPT Sites does not provide UK data residency at launch. Under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum, UK hosted data transferred internationally is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses as amended by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. How long we keep it
The interest-list record is scheduled for deletion at the earliest of: 30 days after the single opening announcement; 30 days after you withdraw; or 12 months after you join if Level 1 has not opened. Due records are purged automatically on site visits and form activity, with a monthly controller check as a backstop.
Your rights and complaints
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You can also make a data-protection complaint to us. We will acknowledge a complaint within 30 days, investigate it and communicate the outcome without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first, but you do not have to contact us before approaching the ICO.
